Awful. If you like sleeping and good customer service, don't go here. It was such a loud night, huge concert in a field next door, no warning from the hotel this was happening. the bass and music was so loud it shuck the hotel there was no chance to sleep until about 2am. Then you have all the drunk people leaving shouting and screaming. the hotel isnt sound proof. no warning given, no ear plugs given. when we complain, a simple shrug of the shoulders was given and 'what can we do about it'.... just dont bother going
